Rebecca Waterstone Halperin, PhD is a consultant with over 20 years of experience in early childhood development, policy, and systems change. Her work has spanned direct service, administration, coaching, training, research, and consulting. She has partnered with organizations, state agencies, and local communities to co-create strategies that support young children and their families. Her passion for this field began as an infant/toddler teacher, where she experienced both the wonders that encompass the world of families with young children and the frustration and systemic challenges the field of early childhood faces. This led her on a journey in supporting communities and organizations in building more equitable systems through data, shared learning, and authentic relationships. She loves early childhood advocacy, systems, policy, and community building work. She continues to look for ways to contribute to this field on a broad scale.
