Webinar Facilitator: Liz Weaver, Co-CEO, Tamarack Institute
Illinois Action for Children, the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development and Illinois State Board of Education are partnering with the Tamarack Institute to host three skills building workshops designed to equip you with new skills and techniques you can apply right away.
Learn simple, practical tools and approaches to building trust. Participants will be able to bring these tools and resources back into their collaborative efforts to renew engagement and shared ownership. You’ll also learn to build engagement, befriend your nemesis, counter-balance efforts, deepen engagement, build commitment and trust self-assessment. This workshop will identify practical steps to deploy when trust breaks down.
Useful perspectives and examples about how communities are working differently
Practical tools you can use to advance your collaborative work
A network of partners you can reach out to for support and collaboration
Enhance the Learning through Small Group Coaching – One month after the completion of the workshop, you and your team will be invited to a small group coaching session. This session will focus on how you have implemented the tools and approaches. You can also use this time to ask questions and share your lessons learned.
Register Today! You can register for this individual workshop here or below. You and your team can also register for all three workshops at once. Space for the workshop and coaching series is limited. You are encouraged to register early.
