IAFCs Ford Heights Early Learning Center is located in the Village of Ford Heights. This site has a four classrooms—one for 2-year-olds and three for 3-5 year-olds. In total, the classrooms can accommodate 69 children. There is a room dedicated for socializations for children and families in our home visiting programs.

All meals and snacks are prepared daily in a full-service, professional kitchen. The site also features a secure, fully-equipped, and age-appropriate outdoor playground.

Tasha McDuffie

Tasha McDuffie

Tasha is the Site Director for our Ford Heights Early Learning location. Her primary role is to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and the focus of the staff is where it should be – on the success of the children. Tasha has been with Illinois Action for Children for over six years and received her Master of Science in Mental Health and Clinical Counseling from National Louis University and her Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Special Education/Diverse Learners from Kendall College. She strives to be creative, flexible, optimistic, resourceful, committed, reliable and approachable; with a goal to build positive relationships with her staff, students and families.
